Gave real help to youths across Nepal by improving their ability to deal with myriad conflicts in their families and communities through the innovative radio magazine programme Chhinophano . This long running programme (2003 to 2007) involved local communities across Nepal and discussed real issues with a view to resolve conflicts. Expert advice gave the audience tools and suggestions to use in their own local context.

Designed and ran successful live daily topical interest talk show Nepal Chautari gaining interest and involvement of local communities and politicians alike

Followed on the success of Chhinophano by launching popular docu-drama on youth involvement in community conflict resolution and peace building Naya Bato, Naya Paila with partner Search for Common Ground

Produced Sodhikhoji in partnership with local and community radio stations, a locally packaged magazine linking local conflict issues with policy provisions and generating local dialogue and solutions during the same period.

Designed innovative ground breaking Doko radio in January 2007 securing first licence from Ministry of Information and Communication – this mobile radio for remote communities with total participation throughout the production cycle has reached 50,000 rural people so far (see feature focus below). Doko radio has already visited 25 districts.

Produced Public Service Announcements (PSAs) for Save the Children US (children affected by conflict – television and radio), Water Aid (water management), International Community of Red Cross (health), Rockwool (conflict resolution and peace building), Advocacy Forum (child rights) and UNICEF (child rights)
