Local community sources such as listener's clubs, local FM partner stations, listeners themselves and quantitative and qualitative researches provide feedback on our program's impact. If the messages are not being understood by the audience or are not achieving the anticipated behaviour shift, we change them. We are responsive and act quickly. Impact evaluations at the end of the program have shown that our programs have generated ideas and tools to use in solving local issues and have positively changed attitudes and behaviours.
