Abhimanyu Magarati - Producer Abhimanyu is a producer of radio soap opera Naya Bato Naya Paila. He is a story and television serial writer. He has a MA in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. He is also working in the field of climate change and biodiversity. He is also the winner of International Climate Change Champions of 2009/10 organized by British Council Nepal.

Ananta Ghimire - Scriptwriter Ananta joined Antenna on 2006 as a drama artist of Naya Bato Naya Paila. He has been working as a script writer since April 2010. Before joining Antenna he was envolved with Prabhu Finance Company for almost 3 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Tribhuwan University) and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration. He is originally from Dhankutta. |

Binod Kafle - Content Researcher (Naya Bato, Naya Paila)
Binod has been involved with Antenna Foundation Nepal since 2008. He started his career as a Script writer for radio soap- Naya Bato, Naya Paila- and continued that for 3 years. Later, he also served as a Translator (English-Nepali-English) for a short period and presently he is working as a Content Researcher for Naya Bato, Naya Paila. He joined AFN as a Script writer. A Masters in English Literature from Tribhuvan University, Binod, is originally from Chitwan. He also has the experience of teaching English at a Lower Secondary School.

Chandika Mainali - Scriptwriter Chandika is a script writer of radio soap opera Naya Bato Naya Paila. She has been engaged with Antenna since 18th April, 2008. She was also involved in a program about new born babies called “Sisu Sarokar”. She is originally from Dolakha district and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business Studies. |

Ganesh Acharya - Co-producer/Reporter
Ganesh, a resident of Surkhet is a Co-producer of Antenna Foundation Nepal. He works for Nepal Chautari and produces report, features, and interviews. He has been involved since Feb 2010. He also facilitates "Documentary Screening" in Antenna. Besides these he is also a part of Adobe Youth Voices; a project of Adobe Foundation in Canada. He is currently pursuing Bachelors in Mass Communication and Journalism. He also worked for Radio Bheri FM 98.6/102.7MHz as Program Coordinator for four and a half years before joining Antenna. He has also worked for different documentaries; “MDG”, “Women in Politics”, “Family Planning in Eastern Region” etc. produced by Intel Media Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu. |

Kabita Bhattarai - Reporter Kabita has been engaged with the organization since March, 2010. She joined here as an intern and has been working as a reporter for Nepal Chautari since July, 2010. Before joining the Nepal Chautari team she worked for Farkera Herda America. She is currently studying Mass Communication at the College of Journalism and Mass Communication. |

Pramod Tandukar -Executive Director of Antenna Foundation Nepal.
Pramod Tandukar has an experience background in management and NGO operations. Prior to his appointment as the Executive Director of Antenna Foundation Nepal, he was the Executive Director of the Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (ACORAB) an umbrella organisation of more than 200 community radio stations of Nepal. Pramod is a passionate individual with a strong desire for achievement. He is determined to perform, and enthusiastically energetic with a positive attitude. With his on-the-ground and progressively responsible experience in planning, executing, fund raising, grant stewardship besides budget management and monitoring, he is all set to follow intuitively logical approaches to steer Antenna Foundation to new heights. He has a wide range of experience in administration, finance and fund raising; donor relationship and grant management are his core competencies. He holds a Master's degree in Leisure, Tourism and Environment from the Wageningen University, The Netherlands, and has attended MBA courses in Human Resource Development at Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has taken up the position of Executive Director of Antenna Foundation Nepal effectively from September 2011. |

Rajan Parajuli - is Production Manager at Antenna. He started his first full time radio assignment at Antenna in 2002 as reporter when he was 17. In the past 8 years Rajan has travelled to more than 40 districts of Nepal producing different features and audio magazines based on conflict, peace building, business and politics etc. Rajan currently leads the production of all programs at Antenna and his team of reporters, producers, writers and hosts and more than 70 reporters across the country. Rajan also hosts live national talk shows and other discussions programs. Rajan has his Bachelors in Management from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. |
