Madhu Acharya is the Director of Antenna. Before joining Antenna he worked as Senior Radio Producer for BBC World Service Trust’s Trachoma media Campaign in Nepal. Madhu has also worked at Radio Sagarmatha for 5 years, producing a daily, half-hour, morning magazine, and hourly news bulletins. Madhu has his Masters in Journalism from Tribhuvan University. He has received two trainings: News and Current Affairs and Community Radio Management and Training of Trainers from Radio Nederland Training Centre in the Netherlands. |

Ganga Gurung is Antenna's Manager of Research and Distribution. She has reported for radio magazines and worked as researcher for television documentaries. She coordinates all research-work at Antenna and manages Antenna's relationships with broadcast outlets, listeners groups and development organizations. Ganga has a Masters in English Literature from Tribhuvan University and radio trainings in the Philippines and Vietnam. |

Kiran Shrestha is Antenna’s Manager of Finance and Administration. He joined Antenna in 2004 as a finance officer. He has experience managing both for-profit and non-profit organisations. He is Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance from Tribhuvan University. |

Rajan Parajuli is Production Manager at Antenna. He started his first full time radio assignment at Antenna in 2002 as reporter when he was 17. In the past 8 years Rajan has travelled to more than 40 districts of Nepal producing different features and audio magazines based on conflict, peace building, business and politics etc. Rajan currently leads the production of all programs at Antenna and his team of reporters, producers, writers and hosts and more than 70 reporters across the country. Rajan also hosts live national talk shows and other discussions programs. Rajan has his Bachelors in Management from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. |
